This programme has been designed to address the introduction to processes and procedures and to give an understanding of the demands of the wider professional nature of the job, and the transition from the QTS to the Induction Standards. It is closely linked to the calendar of events for the year and is offered for the induction of all staff. Within this programme, sessions have been provided for Induction Mentors
Newly qualified teachers (NQT’s) are expected to attend all sessions, where possible, while experienced teachers should attend those considered to be of general importance.
