Enrichment activities

As a department, we endeavour to offer to as many students as possible the chance to participate in extra curricular activities.

We enter all the local leagues and many national competitions in the following sports:
Football, Rugby, Hockey, Netball, Cross-country, Athletics, Tennis, Cricket and Rounders.

With the help of our School Sports Coordinator and the Schools Partnership, we can also offer students the chance to sample new activities or minority sports, such as:

Girls: Rugby, Football and Basketball
Boys: Basketball, Hockey and Golf
Mixed: Badminton, Swimming, Rowing and Triathlon.

Where possible, we also offer after-school clubs for those who enjoy the more recreational side of sport. We regularly run mixed hockey, rowing, fitness and trampolining clubs.

House competitions are held throughout the year, encouraging as many students as possible to get involved in intra-school competition.
